Relational Therapy for Individuals, Couples, and Families

Sarah is a Métis narrative and relational therapist who works with individuals, couples, and families. Her practice is grounded in relationship and connection—inviting clients to explore the meanings that shape their lives and to move through struggles in ways that align with their values and hopes.

Guided by curiosity and collaboration, Sarah creates a compassionate space where people can make sense of challenges, strengthen relationships, and rediscover possibilities for change. She approaches therapy with warmth, respect, and an understanding that healing happens within relationships — with ourselves, each other, and the world around us. Sarah has extensive experience in supporting individuals and couples working through grief and loss.

Alongside her clinical work, Sarah facilitates anti-oppression trainings that support reflection, dialogue, and systemic awareness in organizations and communities. Her work is informed by a deep commitment to equity, anti-oppression, and relational ethics.
